We are seeking a very dynamic, energetic, dedicated, self-motivated and professional individual to manage and coordinate key projects, events, activities, conferences, tourism and other program logistics within the company.

The officer will liaise with the relevant partners and stakeholders to see project from inception to completion.

Required Skills or Experience

  • BSc/BA Admin/Humanities/Tourism or Liberal Arts degree
  • Over 4 years of related work or project work experience 
  • International experience highly recommended

  • Multifunctional skill base and must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent writing, record keeping and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
  • Must be bilingual – Speak and writes English and French fluently
  • Must be willing to travel within and outside the country if needed
  • Must be flexible and able to work long hours, weekends and holidays
  • Assertive, creative and can use his/her initiative
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to take charge and results oriented
  • Ability to effectively facilitate conferences
  • Airline ticketing experience a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership and team skills
