Duties
- Securing new business/accounts
- Initiating and performing all intervening activities to help establish a pipeline of business
- Contribute towards the commission targets set for the Business Development Department.
- Build strategic relationships with Policyholders, Underwriters and other Business Developers

Qualification Required & Experience
- First Degree in Insurance, Economics, Marketing or Social Science
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in insurance, Sales, Marketing or related industry
- Candidates aged 23 to 35 years are encouraged to apply
Background of candidate
- Go-getter who is upbeat about a challenging role
- Creative, innovative with a desire for a long-term career prospect
- Must be tech savvy, possess integrity, work ethics and teamwork capacities
