Qualification Required and Experience
- A minimum of 1st Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting and other related qualification
Working Experience
- A minimum of 10 years work experience, 8 years of which must be in banking
- Must have been at least a Branch Manager for 6 years or A Department Head for not less than 5 years
- Must be computer literate and capable of using T.24 Banking software
- Must be a good communicator and team builder. Must be capable of speaking at least one local language (Twi / Akan in addition to English
Age: Should not be more than 44 years
