Job Description
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and ensure the achievement of the School’s vision and Mission
- Responsible for Academic and Financial administration
- Management of staff performance, training, development and Work Ethics
- Responsible for all assets and HSEQ
- Liaison with all regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with all statutory laws
Qualification Required and Experience
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education/any other relevant qualification with experience in Montessori education
- 6 years teaching experience of which two years should have been in a similar role
- Applicants must live in and around Kasoa.
