The Trust Hospital is seeking experienced and dynamic staff to fill the following vacancy: Security Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, oversees and coordinates security activities in the hospital
- Supervises external security officers in the performance of their duties to ensure the security and safety of life and property of staff and clients
- Organises orientations and on-site training for external security officers on the hospital's policies, values and security requirement.
- Ensures the implementation and compliance of security policies, procedures and programmes of the hospital
- Liaises with managers of the external security companies
- Maintains record of up-to-date knowledge of threats/risks assessment to property, assets and personnel
- Investigates security breaches and report on same to Management
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience
The suitable candidate must possess the following:
- A diploma or degree in security management or in a related field
- A considerable experience of security related matters for not less than 5 years
- Police and military experience will be an added advantage
- Experience as a Security Coordinator or Manager for a corporate institution
- Must be 40 years or mroe
- Experience in CCTV and digital surveillance Network in the Ghanaian security space
- Ability to conduct corporate investigations
- Knowledge of technology and digital security
- Security intelligence
- Good command over the English language
- Critical and analytic
