We are a reputable international NGO in water production and distribution that provides safe, affordable and sustainable drinking water and improved health and hygiene services for rural and peri-urban areas of Ghana, seeks results-oriented and dynamic persons to fill the under listed position as Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities
Ultimately, the duties of a Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis.
The job description should include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organizing events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clientscollating and filing expenses
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g completing
- some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must have accredited diploma/HND/Degree
- Proven leadership qualities, decision making and management ability
- Ability to manage time effectively by meeting deadline,
