The HR Officer will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure HR practices are aligned to company’s mission and core values, compliant to prevailing legislations and requirements to facilitate the achievement of the objectives and targets of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Assist in designing training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Any other duties assign by the Human Capital & Administration Manager.
