A reputable IT firm located at Spintex is seeking a young self-driven individual to join their team as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant. The firm provides a variety of IT solutions such as consultation, training, and app, software & website development. The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will execute activities that will promote the patronage of the company’s food application (among others) and perform various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for clients and marketing the company’s products to them.
- Increasing client-base by promoting the patronage of the company’s food app (download & registration).
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Communicate, build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Running errands such as filing documents at the Registrar General’s Department and GRA.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing documents, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Support team by performing any other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement:
Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess
- Diploma, HND or Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Availability to travel with team members as and when required.
- Intermediary proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good marketing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
