Quick Credit & Investment Micro-Credit Limited, a non-bank financial institution located in Accra is seeking to engage the services of Finance & Administrative Manager
The FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER shall be responsible for the preparation of periodic financial reports
- He shall be advisor to Management Team on finance and accounting related issues
- He shall be reporting to the Bank of Ghana periodically
- Shall work with other stakeholders for the continues and successfully running of the company
- Preparing, filing and facilitating payment due thereon statutory returns (SSNIT, PAYE, CORPORATE TAX, withholding tax)

- Assist a team to complete the implementation of Banking software-PROVISO
- Working with internal and external auditors to strengthen internal controls
- Performing reconciliatory duties on daily
- Payment processing
- Maintenance and administration of fixed Asset Register
- Employee Benefit administration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting from a recognised university
- Chartered Accountant and a member of any of the professional bodies such as ICA, ACCA, CIMA is an added advantage
- Three to five years' experience working with microfinance company
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft office package such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc
- Very good knowledge of the IFRS is a must
- Knowledge of PROVISO banking Software shall be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the related field
