Purpose
Responsible for customer and stakeholder management and field operations to ensure effective enrolment, complaints management, benefits payment and service provider coordination to delivery stakeholder value

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or the social sciences
- At least 5 years experience in similar position
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, psychology or related field will be an added
- Knowledge of customer relations management software will be an advantage
