JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist with company accounts/financial operations
- Preparation of payroll

- Day to day accounting entries , i.e recording, verifying, consolidating and reviewing of transaction
- Documentation of all financial transaction by entering all financial information
- Preparation of summary of daily cash and cheques lodgment at the bank
- Preparation and filing of all taxes and compliance processes with regulators
- Debt outstanding follow-ups and balance confirmation from clients
- Customer ledger book verification
Required Skills or Experience
- The ideal candidate for the position of an Accounts Officer must have a first degree or an HND in Accounting from an accredited Tertiary Institution an Accounting qualification professional qualification is an added advantage
- At least a minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience as an Accounts Officer in a service industry
- IT and software experience: Demonstrated skills in the use of MS office applications and any accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Report writing skills
