A financial institution in the Ashanti region is looking for experienced persons to join its team for employment to the following position as Human Resource Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company’s human resource policies
- Conduct job analysis and use best practice to design job descriptions that detail contents of each employees role
- Liaise with departmental heads to identify various recruitment needs and manage selection process for the company
- Oversee the training and development initiatives of the company
- Perform any other duty assigned by management

Qualification Required & Experience
- A first degree or its equivalent professional qualification in human resource management
Experience / Resume
- The candidate must be a practicing human resource person with not less than 5 years working experience
- Must have initiative, good judgement and analytical ability
- Good communication, interpersonal, teaching and coaching skill
- Must be computer literate
