A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position: General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the business
- Designs strategies and set goals for growth of the company
- Responsible for establishing company’s policies
- Building company’s image by collaborating with customers, government and employees
- Ensures employees are motivated and productive

Qualification Required & Experience
- BA/BSc in Business Administration or relevant field, MA/MSC is a plus
- Proven experience as GM or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement and operations)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A 4-page vision statement is required
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years
