A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position as Production Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the processing plant
- Maps out strategy to ensure efficiency amongst workers in the plant
- Oversee the maintenance, repairs and smooth running of plant
- Maintains accurate inventory of raw fruits and processed finished products

- Set production targets and implement action plan to achieve set targets
- Monitors production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
Qualification Required & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or Biochemistry/HND holders with considerable industry experience
- At least 5 years experience in food or beverage processing plant
- Skills in coordinating or directing activities of fruits processing personnel
- Ability to achieve production targets within set time frame
