Role Purpose
The Revenue Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring revenue assurance KPIs for the following areas: Fixed and Mobile Network Assurance covering Platform Integrity, Usage Assurance, ADSL Service Revenue Assurance, Revenue Reporting Validation and Deferred Revenue Balance Validation.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and analyse rated events, rate plans, and charging system table to determine areas of revenue leakage (Mobile Prepay).
- Review and analyse rated events, rate plans, and charging system table to determine areas of revenue leakage (Mobile Prepay).
- Perform operational audit roles on all the Prepay and Postpay systems
- Perform end-to-end reconciliations covering the Fixed and the Mobile network nodes. Review roaming and interconnect controls
- Review controls on Vodafone Cash Operations. Perform other requests made by the Revenue Assurance Manager
Qualification and Experience
- First Degree in computer science/Mathematics/Business of Finance
- Must have 5yrs experience in Finance, Auditing, Revenue Assurance or related assurance work experience, of which, 2-3yrs must be in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the use of data analytic tools or revenue assurance tools
- Experience in process mapping and understanding data models
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous, fast passed, consistently changing environment
- Certified Information System Auditor
