Responsibilities
- Must be a self disciplined, self motivated and a good team player
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain an outstanding relationship with customers
- Work with Customer Support Team to coordinate setup of new schools and provide all necessary data and communication for customer support
- Establish a sufficient amount of school visits to achieve your pipeline and monthly sales plan.
- Must assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, as needed

- Responsible for managing all sales activities in the territory assigned to you
- Must Initiate the development of an action plan to penetrate new markets (Regions & Other Countries).
- Must adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
- Must have proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organizations
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent user of mobile smartphones (Android & iOS)
- Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
- Must be highly energetic and a self-starter
- Must have good decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Should be honest, assertive and systematic
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics required
- Must close/sign a minimum of 20 schools annually
Job skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Qualification (Minimum level of entry)
- HND/ degree in sales and marketing or its equivalent
- Two years experience in a similar position is required.
