The job holder provides executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO
Directly Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Key Relationships: Group Heads, Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors
Decision Level: Contributory, makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others

Executive Support
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Partnerships and Networks for delivery of Strategy
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships
Communications & Reports
- Provides timely reports to the CEO on the progress of various assigned projects

Compliance
- To monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulation affected by the company and generally assisting with the resolution of related compliance problems
Others
- Any other additional responsibility or task assigned
Qualification and Requirements
- A Masters’ Degree in Social Science, Business Administration or a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience, providing support for upper- level management in a related organization
