POSITION: Ericsson 2g/3g RF Optimization Engineers (Senior Engineer— L3)
Skill requirements:
- Expert in 2G and 3G RF network optimization of Ericsson and Huawei.
- Have command over GU strategies.
- Experienced in Ericsson's features and deployment
- Skilled in MOS, CST and paging success rate optimization.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the frequency planning and GSM reframing prccesses.
- Have command over the methods for evaluating 2/3G networks and providing solutions to resource capacity problems.
- Must know how to use the Across-PM tool.
- Expert in site planning processes.
