An exciting job offer exists in Voltic Ghana Limited for a Personal Assistant. Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana for over two decades. Currently, Voltic (GH) Limited has expanded its portfolio to cover alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, Juices and Value-Added Dairies. This role reports to the Managing Director . The job incumbent will be to provide assistance to the managing Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses
