Qualified and experienced Staff are urgently required to fill the vacant positions stated below in a reputable Business Development Organisation in Ghana with branches in 37 districts capitals
The Accounts Officer will report directly to the Finance and Administrative Manager and will be supporting in maintaining programme accounts.
Key Functions & Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accounting records in a form appropriate for regular auditing (at least once a year).
- Ensure that all necessary supporting documents, records and accounts have been kept in respect of all the organisation's activities. Clear linkages should exist between the books of account and the financial statements presented to the financiers as well as level of disbursement.
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, security, painting etc).
