Environment, Health & Safety Advisor
The Environment, Health and Safety Advisor is to manage, promote and proactively help implement and maintain Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) policies and procedures. Provide advice and guidance for staff on EHSS standards and monitoring operational activities to ensure they are EHSS compliant.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of EHSS policies and procedures within the framework of continual improvement.
- Implement, Coordinate and Manage EHSS program for the company.
- Ensure that routine inspections and audits of the workplace are carried out, and corrective and preventive actions are implemented through tracking.
- Ensure safety Inductions and orientation for all new and existing employees, contractors and all visitors onsite are conducted.
- Provide EHSS training for staff, visitors and contractors on response plans and emergency procedures and facilitate drills/exercises. to assess adequacy of existing procedures and level of compliance.
- Develop EHS programs to meet client, company and government regulations.
- Lead in incident reporting, investigation, finding root causes of all incidents and taking remedial actions to prevent future occurrence.
Laboratory Technician
The Laboratory Technician provides Technical support in Environmental Quality Monitoring, Assessment and Research in order to help measure the performance of Process Plants and Operational Activities against set KPIs: Productivity, Cost, Quality, Environment, Safety, Utilisation and Efficiency, while assisting with Process and Operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Process and Plant Managers on KPIs (Equipment Availability, Quality, Environment, Safety, Cost, Time etc.) and other operational targets
- Carry out Environmental Quality Monitoring and Assessment for all Processes and Operations, and keep comprehensive records of all monitoring and their results of analyses
- Liaise with Process Engineers to carry out research and pilot scale studies to establish/propose Best Available Technologies and Processes (with procedures) for all waste streams received.
- Ensure all Environmental Quality Monitoring and Research works are adequately planned and executed as scheduled or per Environmental Monitoring plan
- Ensure SOPs and Work orders are strictly followed in carrying out jobs, and constructively reporting any challenges for review and continuous improvement in KPIs
Technical Process Assistants
The Technical Process Assistants will report to the Process Plant Supervisor who also reports to the Process Manager. The main responsibilities include operation and monitoring of processes for wastewater treatment, hazardous incineration as well as contaminated solids treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Process Plant Supervisor on KPIs (Throughput, Availability and Uptime, Quality, Environment, Safety, Cost, Time, etc.) and other operational targets
- Understand the significance of Inventory management, Chemical handling safety (msds & COSHH),. Safety in Manual and Mechanical Lifting Operations, Waste Management Hierarchy„ etc.
- Ensure all Wastes streams and items/goods (e.g. Entry containers., Chemicals, etc.) received from Entry point through Disposal or End use points are correctly verified and accounted for
- Understand the significance of Process control parameters such Flowrate, Pressure, volume/levels, monitoring frequency, mixing rates, reagent dosing rates, sorting & elimination of hazardous components, mixing ratios, feeding rate, Btu (Energy content) of waste, auto cooling, emissions monitoring and control, etc.
- Ensure all Process and Operational Jobs (including their maintenance) are adequately planned and executed as scheduled
