Moxie Marketing Group is looking for a Creative Designer to deliver captivating, engaging and on-brand graphics and content for a variety of media.
Job Responsibilities
- Producing drafts and engaging design solutions (e.g. logos, images, motion graphics, video montage, illustrations, etc).
- Participating in various design projects from concept to completion with an understanding of requirements as consistent with the brand.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks including ideation and development of presentations.
- Ensure final deliverable are visually appealing, on-brand and fit for the intended medium and are of the correct format.
- Maintains technical knowledge by reading professional publications, etc.
- The candidate will work remotely at least 50% of the time but will however be disciplined to be in keeping with demands and expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Should be passionate and should take pride in seeing his or her work being ‘everywhere’
- Should be a team player and should identify with both individual and collective wins.
- Be entrepreneurial with strong sense of ownership, able to deliver on demands with little supervision
- Should be able to stomach negative feedback and critique.
- Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Have excellent communication skills
- A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- 1 – 2 years experience (including internships) working in a similar role for an advertising agency would be an advantage
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe suite)
