China International Water & Electric Corp. (CWE), a reputable multi-international company with profound experience in Electrification in Ghana, has vacancy for a Human Resources Manager to join the vibrant team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate all human resources work with the Administration Manager;
- Support other departments by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing programme;
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources and labour laws from all respects and ensure review and amend policy and procedures as required;
- Develop and implement an effective employee performance management system that will motivate and improve employees;
- Be responsible for employees' payslip, payee, SSNIT and all other welfare issues;
- Any other work assigned by the management.
Required Competencies
- A minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource.
- A master's degree is an added advantage
- A minimum experience of three (3) years in the same position;
- Ability to provide strong leadership, plan and organise all human resources-related work;
- Strong communication, analytical and administration skills;
