Reporting to the IT Analytics and Data Management Lead, you will master and facilitate the successful execution of IT Business Analytics Strategy within your scope.
A day in the life of...
- You will be responsible to establish strategic partnership between IT and Supply Chain Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) function
- You will drive IT Solutions (SAP and non-SAP) adoption in DSP
- You will ensure compliance to IT DSP standards and Solution in your scope
- You will proactively scout for leverage opportunities in close collaboration with the IT product teams, drive leverage opportunities to maximize the value of IT products to the business and inspire business through new innovative solutions
- You will drive leverage of Business Analytics and reporting best practices in your respective function
- You will provide support to business users on IT DSP solutions
- You will establish strong super user network within the DSP function and provide regular training to them on IT products and related best practices
- You will provide business insights to the IT product teams to continuously improve their products to improve value of their products to the business

What will make you successful
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in Demand and Supply Planning processes and solutions (working experience in production and sales planning would be an advantage)
- Work closely with various stakeholders to develop approach for effective utilization of DSP Solutions across different countries
- Advise and implement best practices for optimal use of DSP Solutions
- Data extraction skills in SQL is key and python experience with programing tools would be highly desirable
- Good experience using SAP APO and R3 (preferably PPDS/ MPS/MRP etc)/ SAP batch jobs, ability to support business users on technology issues
- Good exposure to Analytics BW, WEBI, PowerBI
- Proven experience of working in a complex and matrixes environment and delivering results in high pressure situations, problem solving, and process design/mapping skills are really beneficial.
- Ability to operate in a cross functional environment, good interpersonal and communication skills
