Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
The Associate, Customer Success in Ghana will be responsible for supporting producers (farmers) and supply chain actors (e.g exporters) by giving advice to ensure compliance with all standards and policies of our cocoa programs and other requirements of Rainforest Alliance. He/she will also be responsible for providing members with technical support on Rainforest Alliance traceability systems. Finally, he/she will monitor in line with the Finance and Accounting department, invoices of members.
Relationship management and customer satisfaction are guiding principles in this work.
Responsibilities
Support to members
- Provide information and technical assistance to members implementing UTZ and/or Rainforest Alliance certification programs and/or using our traceability systems (Good Inside Portal, MarketPlace, Multitrace) and;

- Manage the customer satisfaction and the relationship with Rainforest Alliance members all along the supply chain and;
- Liaise with and support the Finance and Accounting department, in Ghana members invoice monitoring and;
- Ensure the regular update of Ghana members database.
Communication and training
- Provide relevant information to feed Rainforest Alliance (social) media communication and;
- Assist in delivering trainings and webinars to different user types of the Rainforest Alliance traceability systems.
Qualifications
- Master degree or higher;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations management (Account Management, Customer Service or similar);
- Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills;
- User literacy in IT systems (ERP / CRM or traceability)
- Accuracy, problem solving, proactive, hands-on;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English, other languages are a plus;
