Key results areas/ responsibilities
- Raise awareness and train staff on the importance of adopting the standards in force and respecting the Compliance Policy Advise operational staff on regulatory compliance, financial security, ethics, reputation risk and advise within the framework of New Products Committees
- Identify, report to the Hierarchy and the Regulator the identified compliance dysfunctions and follow up on ad hoc corrective measures
- Check the relevance and ensure a diligent implementation of the Compliance Policy and Charter
- Use the dedicated Managerial Monitoring controls, a set of synthetic indicators of which must be communicated to the Management of the entity.
