What is the job about?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the organization.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the below:
- Assistance with day to day customer visit and manage the calendar of the General Manager
- Office Management follow ups (controlling the house keeping of the office)
- Financial Acumen (book keeping and incoming and outgoing accounts)
- Travel Management (booking of flights, hotels, taxis, support with documents’ preparation etc.)
- Acting as Minute Taker of meetings.
