A reputable Cocoa License Buying Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-oriented, passionate and self-motivated candidate with high ethical values who is ready to work in Cocoa growing areas/district and communities for the position of GENERAL MANAGER
THE ROLE
This role will manage and Lead our Licence Operations, drive our growth strategy to increase our market share, manage key stakeholders, implement corperate policies, mindset, ethical standards, and champion employee development.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage diverse teams and business process and policies
- Accountable for the profitability of the Licence Buying Operations
- Leads our Licence Buying Operations
- Seek for opportunity to grow the business through partnerships
- Forecast purchase volume for the season and provides same information for budget preparations.

- Provide direction for all Supply Chain activities.
- Accountable for supply chain operations, logistical process, development, planning and execution, customer and clients interaction/ business partnership, systems/data management and reporting, and people, talent & budget management.
- Develops and execute health and safety plans in the work place according to legal guidelines.
- Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and executing health and safety plans in the workplace to maintain a safe and secured environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE must have:
- First degree in Economics or any first degree, A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in cocoa sourcing companies.
- Strong in leadership, management, and organization skills.
- Strong in System Thinking.
- Highly Pro-active and independent
- Ability to delegate and hold self and others accountable
- High Level of analytical thinking and excellent problem- solving skills.
- Innovative and creative
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships
- Excellent in priority setting and execution skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent in Oral and written communication skills.
- High Proficiency with MS Office products.
