Reports to the Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare duty roster for all staff.
- Prepare and paste daily sales target for staff.
- Test staff knowledge on products and the company.
- Perform monthly staff evaluation.
- Organize monthly staff meeting.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have at least 2 years working experience.
- Must have HND/Degree
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Must be ready to work on shift basis
