A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as GEOMATIC ENGINEERS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the surveying team
- Establishing benchmarks and undertaking chainage of structures and road alignment
- Executing levels for both design and construction of road and concrete structures
- Establishing all initial, stage and final levels of all earthwork sections.
- Ensuring that all executed works are to specified geometric forms and within standards and predefined tolerance levels
- Determining excavation and filling quantities for all earthworks
- Obtaining and sign-off level forms for completed work sections from consultants or supervising authority
- Support the project manager to execute the works to specified standards
- Support in the preparation of monthly valuation statements of the company

SALARY AND CONDITIONS
Negotiable
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in geomatic engineering or related field with minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communications skills.
- The proficiency in the use of contemporary level instruments, total station and GPS equipment and associated systems is a must.
- MS office and CAD software
