A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as MATERIALS ENGINEERS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the quality control team
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areae the quality objectives as required by the client/consultants are achieved
- Ensure materials used on works meet specified standards
- Explore and discover material sources for the works
- Undertake field and laboratory tests on materials to ensure their suitability for the works
- Liaise with clients/consultant on quality matters on the project
- Assist the project manager in achieving the project objectives

SALARY AND CONDITIONS
Negotiable
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in civil engineering or related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control in road construction or HND in civil engineering with 10 years' experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- The proficiency in the use of contemporary laboratory technologies is an added advantage
- MS office
- MS office and CAD software
