A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as HUMAN RESOURCE/ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, organize, and administer the activities of the head office efficiently
- To establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention, and a high level of morale among personnel.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs
- To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by management.
