A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Fleet Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, organize, and control the movement and transfer of vehicles, machinery and plant.
- Create and maintain a pool register.
- Undertake vehicle/machinery registrations
- Maintain a reminder system for vehicle and machinery registration renewals
- Recording and maintaining records of machine hours, vehicle kilometers
- Reporting on plant & machinery and vehicle conditions liaising with the mechanical team to ensure regular servicing.
- Put a mechanism in-place for swift attendance to fleet with breakdowns
- Recording and maintaining record of movement of all vehicles, plant and equipment
- To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by management.

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in administration/economics/social sciences or related field with minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communications skills.
- MS office
