A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Administrative/Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex itineraries, andagendas.
- To provide general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying.
- Arranging logistics for visitors, coordinate conference calls, transcribe notes and type correspondence.
- She would manage the MD’s schedule and workload and ensure adequate preparation for meetings.
- Ensure that all mails received are distributed to the appropriate departments/persons
- Facilitate information flow from the MD’s office to various sections of the organization
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the head of department

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of first degree in social sciences or other related areas with at least 2 years’ experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- MS office
