Vanguard Assurance is looking for sales-oriented Marketing Officers to support our sales drive in Tarkwa, Takoradi, Sunyani, Cape Coast and Accra
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement effective marketing strategies to meet sales targets
- Create progressive rapport through networking and referrals to promote sales
- Appraise customer demands and recommend peculiar products likely to delight targeted markets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape by gathering relevant feedback needed to improve sales

- Work with operations to deliver exceptional customer service through effective complaints management and swift solutions to inquiries
- Generate reports on marketing activities, leads and close businesses, etc as may be required
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in insurance sales
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Resilient and naturally persistent character
- Well organized with time management abilities
- HND/Degree in marketing
